1 Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using FaceMap, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2 The service

FaceMap analyzes a photo you provide, using an on-device face mesh model, to estimate your face shape, a geometry-based "Face Score," and style recommendations (hairstyles, beards, glasses). All analysis runs locally on your device.

The free tier shows your face shape, Face Score, and full style browsing. Premium unlocks your full face-metrics breakdown and complete analysis report.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FaceMap. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should only use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.

4 Plans, billing & cancellation

Weekly — ₹149 / week

Auto-renewing subscription via Google Play, cancel anytime.

Lifetime — ₹499 one-time

Single purchase via Google Play, no renewal.

All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Your weekly plan renews automatically at the listed price until you cancel it from Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions, or from within FaceMap's Settings, which links you there. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current billing period.

Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policy, since Google — not FaceMap — processes the payment.

5 Not medical or professional advice

FaceMap's Face Score reflects measured facial geometry and proportion — it is not a measure of attractiveness, and nothing in the app constitutes medical, cosmetic, dermatological, or other professional advice. Style recommendations are general suggestions, not professional styling or medical guidance.

6 Your content

Photos you scan are yours. FaceMap doesn't claim any ownership over them, doesn't transmit them anywhere, and stores them only locally on your device for as long as you keep that scan in your History.

7 Acceptable use

• Don't use FaceMap to analyze photos of other people without their consent.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the on-device ML model bundled with the app beyond what Android's own platform permits.
• Don't use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

8 Intellectual property

FaceMap's app design, illustrations, code, and branding are owned by DhruvLabs. Google ML Kit, used for on-device face mesh detection, is licensed from Google and governed by its own terms.

9 Disclaimer & limitation of liability

FaceMap is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Face shape classification and scoring are estimates based on geometric analysis and may not always be precise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DhruvLabs isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10 Termination

You can stop using FaceMap at any time by uninstalling it, which also erases your locally stored data. We may suspend access for users who violate these terms.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves — for example, if new features or plans are introduced. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
